This incredible, high-grade medical specimen is in amazing condition. It features a cut calvarium, which is held in place with pins and hooks. The mandible is articulated on springs. The dentition is in excellent condition, with only a few chips and cracks. The orbits and nasal cavity are extremely well-preserved. Interestingly, the inside of the calvarium was painted with a gold metallic paint (see last photo). This gorgeous specimen would be an invaluable tool for anatomical study and reference, and would make a great addition to any collection.
